Add some restaurants, how about a Shake Shack or Crack House these would bring people in just to eat and perhaps spend some time at the casino. Offer some rent incentives.Give customers points on their players cards for shopping. How about a Nordstrom's Rack, Off Fifth or a Stein Mart.
PLEASE, PLEASE re-evaluate this mall and bring it back to life! Take a look at the outlet at the border or in Carlsbad and bring some of those shops in, to name a few: Under Armor Adidas, Aeropostale Bath & Body Works Bill A Bong Tommy Bahama Ann Taylor Timberland Banana Republic Steve madden and Papaya to name a few. I heard few if any of the comforting animal sounds that use to sooth shoppers. I found the sidewalks unkept and dirty and some of the lovely water areas were dry or not working.
NOW many of the shops are vacant and most of the great shops are gone. It was packed on the weekends and a fun family place to visit. This use to be a premier Outlet center with many upscale shops. San Diego County’s newest casino offers a poker room that features tableside dining, full bar service, weekly poker.
