The pool is small! The children were acting crazy to say the least! Running and flipping into the pool (it's 4ft deep). Of course over the years I have ran into a rude staff member here and there (usually housekeeper) but it was never anything major! I have stayed in a smoking room several years back (even if you smoke I wouldn't recommend this because the smoke smell is beyond overwhelming)! On this particular trip we stayed on the 11th floor in a 2 queen non-smoking premium room! It was extremely clean! The housekeeping was very nice! Of course on this trip I was a little disappointed considering this is the first time we have stayed at the horseshoe since the pool changed 21 and up! That was a real bummer because we had our two young children with us and other than the pool there is literally nothing for them to do unless you leave the casino! However in the defense of the Horseshoe, something definitely had to be done! We were there last month in June and the pool was a nightmare! I took my two children (ages 12 and 1) and there were over 50 people at the pool. I'll start by saying I have stayed at the horseshoe at least 100 times and I have never had any problems! At least 80% of the time I have taken at least one child.
